The Department for the Aging, in partnership with Citymeals on Wheels, offers a Friendly Visiting Program specifically for older adults age 60 and older who have difficulty leaving their homes.
The program matches older adults with a volunteer who will visit them at home on a regular basis.
This gives both participants a chance to share:
- Interests
- Ideas
- Opinions
- Experiences
