In certain cases, BSA has the power to vary these regulations for specific sites or projects.
You can appeal applications for your property that have been denied by enforcement agencies. You may only appeal after the Department of Buildings has given a ruling.
The Board meets regularly in review sessions and public hearings, which are open to the public.
